Dr. Johnson, I've been watching your videos for a while and would love an adjustment. Specifically, I'd love the "ring-dinger," and the Palmer diversified rotary break. The only problem is, I live in New Jersey. If I need these adjustments, how should I ask my local chiropractor for them? I'd feel weird saying, "hey Doc, can you give me the ol' ring-dinger?" I'd probably be escorted off the premises, haha.

Best way is to do research on chiropractors in your area and ratings and also find out if they accept your insurance. Then set up and appointment and they will most likely give you a full exam and then discuss the treatment you need. They will work out a plan with you. That being said if you set up a appointment and you go in and they just put you on a table and just start adjusting with you giving you some sort of exam to determine your problems then you may want to ask them why they didn't give you an exam, or like Dr. Johnson have them explain step by step what they are doing.
