Ergonomics at the workplace and at home today, is more important than ever. If you only have a laptop, get a laptop stand and a separate keyboard for it. Get all your screens at eye levels! And use your eyes to look down, not your entire head if possible. Forward posture is a real problem. And its hard to get back a straight spine. Forward posture leads to back problems, always.

I have upper back pain. I have scoliosis under my first neck vertebrae, below C7 I think. I also feel like I don't get enough air when I'm breathing and sometimes a point in my upper back hurts when I breathe deeply. Doctors think it is a ligament. Is there anything a chiropractor can do? I also have tech-neck. My head feels very heavy sometimes. I also have anxiety and have had panic attacks. Do you think I have some type of autonomic nervous system imbalance caused by a pinched nerve in my back? I recently got eczema which I think comes from stress.

Jacuzzi to relax first. His method is similar. My head never got yanked. Acute auto accident. Worked w md and adjusted. Slept on foam water mattress to stable. I requested they work together. Happened at 21. I'm 66 and still no limitations. Pain free. Uncomfortable with some of his methods. He needs to respect m.d.s, specialist. Nothing to brag that son has no meds, doesn't need a doctor. Systematic scientific reviews on these kind of adjustments and treatments show that they will probably do more harm than good on an average. The reviews show that the studies being "pro" these kind of treatments are biased and poorly done studies. So please, beware before doing these kind of treatments. Well performed and honourable science will actually trying to help the patients with the least amount of risk of serious side effects. This is not that. This is something that works for some people (and end up on YT :) ) but in more cases cause very long term of pain, or no change at all. These treatments are like having a retreat for cancer patients where they eat coconuts and use healing stones... sometimes the patients gets better (because thats how life is, some cancer patients survive) but most will die. But with real treatments supported by good science and studies the likelyhood of staying alive will increase.
