Houston Creek Trail 🫤 Seaton Creek Preserve

Houston Creek trail is a 2.5 mile semi wilderness trail
just off of Pecan Park. road in Jacksonville, Florida.
This will be the exit just North of Jacksonville international airport.
There was a revolutionary war battle fought on
the site in 1777, just 1 year after the country's founding.
A matter of more urgent concern is the
subdivision that has sprung up next to the preserve.
So much wildlife displaced.
It's hard for me to enjoy walking the trails right now.
But as you can see, despite the
subdivision, the trails remain intact.
