@justech Actually he's not. If they play one-on-one, Cam would tear his azz up. Cam can shoot, attack the basket with explosion, he got the size to push his defender off him and still score. He also has better handles than Amen. Now, don't get me wrong, I like Amen. I want the offense to be build around Green/Cam/Amen. But Green and Cam are in a higher tier than Amen, offensively. Amen is in a higher tier than Green and Cam, defensively.

Hate to see this. Jalen has had everything given to him. He has not even earned his starting role in any of his seasons. I think Cam is exactly what our team needs and he is getting the run around. It must be hard to go out and play for a team when you feel you are not valued and might not have a future there.

Yep, that why I feel so bad for my boy, Cam. None of this sht was deserved. He did everything asked of him. His game dramatically improved from last season. His defense and hustle is 10X better than Green. Ime should be praising Cam. And Stone should be apologizing to Cam for not drafting him with the 4th pick because it's Amen playing like the 20th pick of the draft. And I read somewhere, if there was a re-do of Cam' draft class, he would be a top-5 pick. He was easily a top 5 pick, regardless, but people put out a bogus rumor about him that dropped his stock. But I'm glad we drafted him. I just don't understand why Stone and Ime can't see the high upside of Cam. Cam is a Star player in the making. The Rockets should be grooming Cam. Forget Reed! Cam is the real deal.

There has been no issues with him having tunnel vision this season. If it was the case, Ime wouldn't be playing him as much as he does now. Next thing here....Cam has never shot 16% on 3 for a season. He was in a SHOOTING SLUMP. Fred shooting like that now, Green have been in shooting slumps like that too. But Cam' Critics used that lame stat like it was the whole season. He was shooting 16% on 3s for like 5 or so games. Look where he at now. He always been a career 33% (plus) shooter on 3s so, that was nothing to be alarmed about. He was in a shooting slump. And you right Cam is a SF because of his height (6'7) but he's a natural 2 and does a better job than Holiday and Reed as back-up 2. Cam should be Green' bck-up. Why play him at the 3 and limit his minutes behind D.Brook/Amen/Tari? It make no sense. Put him as a 2 behind Green and he get more minutes. Last thing here, I'm a FAN of Green. And I want Cam to be Green' bck'up. But Cam can play 2, 3 and 4. But he's a natural at the 2.

Cams defense is underrated as well on offense he gets tunnel vision but he’s a bucket. And the rockets have two guards starting shooting under 40% meanwhile cam almost averages a point per minute but I guess performance doesn’t matter

He has a higher ceiling than Alpi and Green. Cam has star potential. Even Stone adhere to that. And with the Rockets Cam have had no issues. He pass the ball and play as a team. It's his teammates that intentionally ignore Cam on the offense! That's what I'm seeing more! Guys like FVV, Green, Tate, Holiday, Bari, Amen and Tari just have a problem passing him the ball because they afraid how good he is and might take their minutes. That's what I see.

But I still stand behind what I said. When you say Alpha, i simply can't associate that with Cam. To me an Alpha is someone who elevates the whole team's game and doesn't change his mindset through tough times. An Alpha is a leader. I don't see any leadership qualities in Cam, especially not in this interview. The fact is Alpi and Jalen are getting paid too much, so there won't be any money to go around. And i just want to clarify, I'm only talking about mentality here. you can see the difference in the attitude of someone like Tari or Reed Sheppard, who look like they are ready to work on their game, who are happy tp be on the team.
