The Houston Texans held their second day of mandatory minicamp Wednesday morning, in which Kamari Lassiter and Kenyon Green took center stage at the Houston Methodist Training Center. I can admit when I saw the 40 time I was hesitant. Watching his tape and comparing it with the plays he’s made so far. He’s just a good corner plain and simple. he gets out of his break fast, he has great short area quickness and like John said plays with great anticipation. And being a top corner at Georgia there’s not many things he hasn’t seen at wr. I just can’t wait for the pads because that’s when his game will really show

To m understanding, Kamari came on and started as a freshman at Georgia. With all the high draft picks they've sent to the the NFL, that says plenty about his game.

I agree. I think his only real weakness is his hands. They need to get him on a jugs machine, so he gets a few IN t's.

Nah Coty 😂 Cmon man. It's not close. Hurts is a solid to very good qb, depending on the day he's having. CJ is special. Last year, the throw before the go head touchdown vs Tampa to win it. The timing and location of that throw?? Insane. He's blowing the doors off TwoFour. 1 Year, Two-time MVP.

If Kamari is making plays like this imagine what’s going to happen when the pads come on. Honestly going against guys like Diggs Tank and Nico is going to make him a lot better and if he facing a team number two WR he definitely going to limit or locked them down. You also loving that Demeco hasn’t put him inside at the slot he giving him a chance to play outside at the CB position and Kamari is taking advantage of it especially since he playing with the ones. If he continues like this is going to be hard for Demeco to not start him on opening day

Say guys, C.J Stroud would only have to average a little over 294 yards a game passing, we’ll round it off and say 295 yards per game to eclipse 5,000 yards passing! Not 353. From that standpoint it makes it more doable!

I don’t see CJ getting 5000 yards. I feel like this year the Texans will run the ball better and control the game. We will be in the lead majority of most games where we can just run the ball in the 4th quarter.

Swap out the crystal ball,. Texans have the fourth toughest schedule in the NFL, they're gonna be in a lot of battles. I'm here for it. Texans are gonna be ready. CJ and that receiving corp is going to light people up though. You don't have a squad that deep and Slowik not figure out how to keep them all involved. Besides 5k is a little less than 300 yards a game average. He was at something like 278 his rookie year. I see him going at least a couple hundred past 5k.

I find it interesting no one is really looking at this off-season from the perspective of what transactions werent made. I'm sure its the glare of the high-profile signings. If we're "still building our core, developing youguns, & getting as much competition in the bldg at every position". How do we go through the off season with the same ?s abt the same pos as last year. Dt, Lg, Cb2. With the theme of our personnel being hopeful they'll perform in a manner we've yet to see them demonstrate. The most questionable nonaction was not addressing the Lg pos, with protecting No7 & providing real run blocking talent a key issue. No insurance in the form of a proven vet or stellar rookie 2 challenge KG 4 the starting spot just gifted to him.
