The only way change will happen in coaching and getting a new qb to replace the gutless stroud, is to totally collapse down the stretch and miss the playoffs. Any real fan cannot be excited about this bottom 10 team in the league squeezing into the playoffs only because they play in a division that contains 4 of the bottom 6 teams in the league.
