It is ABSOLUTELY Houston. I've lived here 35 years and can tell you exactly where it is. You are looking East toward downtown and the freeway running horizontally along the top is 45. You are over the junction above the merger of 288 and 69, formerly 59 (you are essentially looking over 288 running parallel with 69 (thus 4 total freeways, two in each direction). I've driven that road a 1000 times.
