I have been seeing Mrs Dr Tingles for a peripheral vascular exam using her steposcope.

HI dr, we were told that my father had a vascular problem. The doctor just did a physical examination with his hands and told us that he didn't have pulse. Is that enough to see a vascular problem? Thank you.
