One thing that helped me was using an office chair to support me and slowly pushing it away until I could ride with out it also using your stomach muscles helps so much because that is how you balance on a hover board

People that fall off these things are overreacting I actually rode this for the first time no poll or anything I got it after 10 mins then I fell and I landed no bruises just falling and using my feet and landed. People don't use their feet in the compilation vids. They just fall off and be like "ouch" and that's it.

+Tatum Simmons well it makes it slower when you go forward and it's easier to control. Going backwards it's capable of full speed and is harder to control
