She broke Law leaving vehicle without being directed by police . Licence issue taking long time to produce .(but further she says she wanted to represent her self in court). Then failed breath test then refused to do further test as she wanted further instructions.which is a simple test blow until directed to stop A person with half a lung can pass that test otherwise you would be on oxygen. Then refused to sign temporary licence disqualification which is normal until blood test result. If negative then licence is restored. Also police are not stupid if anyone is trying to get out of breath test kids in vehicle without belt on Or drink driving. She's lucky the judge took pity.

They give you three chances and if you fail they ask for blood test. License is suspended only after blood test report. She knowingly failed the test just to pass time so that alcohol in her blood decreases. She was surely having alcohol in her blood.
