I just see both of them as not good parents. U.S.A, Aussie and N.Z would probably prefer France over U.K, since she seems more sympathetic and kind towards them, and she is a bit sympathetic, but mostly because she doesn't like U.K. Canada would probably cut the both of them out of his life because he sees them as equally crappy, which would make sense since he's the only one out of the four "English Kids" to live in both France and U.K's households.

Lemme say stuff about my AU English Family UK and France: The parents that once were married but got divorced. America and CSA: The twins who were inseparable from birth but hated each other later as teens but shared wholesome moment seconds before one of them died Canada: Reverse middle child. Basically he is the middle child but he’s the favourite instead of the least favourite New Zealand and Australia: Also twins. New Zealand being older by 12 minutes. Australia is also definitely the wild child of the family being the most hyper. Sealand: Baby half-brother to the English Siblings on UK’s side. French Guiana: same as Sealand except half-sister on France’s side.

Other things: (about the English siblings individually) America: The oldest sibling. His physical age is around his mid 20s(26). Pretty chill guy. CSA: In the afterlife he hangs out with random spirits, his favourite pastime in the afterlife realm is beating up America’s enemies(besides himself of course because how can CSA beat up himself). Canada: Literally the friendliest guy you’ll meet. Very cheerful guy. He can get mad but almost never to a really angry point. Very tall, like 6 foot 5(don’t know that in cm) New Zealand: idk Australia: 6 foot 7 buff guy who’s also a gymnast and contortionist.

To be honest, the way I see U.K is that he isn't the best father, and maybe did leave his kids with some trauma, but not full on beat the crap out of them like you see he does with U.S.A in some AUs. His kids don't really like him though (for historical reasons). He also doesn't like France a whole lot, but they aren't enemies like they used to be. France is also the biological mother of Canada and U.S.A, but not of Aussie and Kiwi (New Zealand). Again, this is for historical reasons, but Aussie and Kiwi probably see France as the only mother they ever had since they don't know who their real mother is. Aussie also isn't obsessed with spiders (one of his sons are though). And Kiwi isn't scared of Aussie, Kiwi is actually more of the leader of the pair when they're together, and Aussie is a little bit more on the nervous side, while Kiwi is pretty confident. So yeah. I don't know a whole lot about U.S.A and Canada, but I think they're relationship would be like most sibling relationships (a lot of insults and bullying). So that's kinda how I see the English family (France isn't actually apart of it, just wanted to mention her since she was mentioned in the video). I don't even have an actual AU, these are just some headcanons.

In My headcannon i see Britain as being more mentally/ physcologically abusive than physically. He used to be very pretentiouse when he had an empire, but by the mid 20th century he stopped acting like he was better than the rest because new powers like USA and USSR were emerging. France doesn't like Britain but they do have a platonic relations between each other. America and Canada's relations are mostly healthy and not as bad as they were 2 centuries ago,( With the occasionally teasing both countries do.] Australia's and NZ relations are more like the 2 goofy siblings even though they aren't related. { Also none of the countries in the " English family" are actually related to each other they just act like a family.}

I'm 4 months late, but who cares lol what it's like in my AU for English family (including France since it was mentioned in the video even though France isn't even in the english family in my AU) America/Thirteen Colonies: (???) Never Declared independence and was actually treated sorta good from Great Britain, though still had to do some taxes, but wasn't alive long enough for the taxes to get even worse. She died of sickness (not covid, and yes, America is a female in my AU) First one to die in the English Family She was a happy child and was curious about a lot of things. CSA took her place after she died, don't worry tho, in my AU, CSA is nice- Canada/New France (or something): (Oldest) Lived until the year 3042 (yes some of my AU does take place in the future) and died from France, who now has the cutting off head count of 2, I bet you know what that means 😈.... Anyway, Canada is a writer who does have some anger issues and is normally really paranoid, and since he spent a lot of time with America/Thirteen Colonies, he feels like she's always with him (sibling love❤) Second last one to die in the English family Australia/New South Wales (old name): He is mostly frightened when he sees wild creatures like spiders, alligators/crocodiles, and a lot more. He spends a lot of time with Canada, so basically they are close brothers. He was the third one to die in the English Family. He died of wildfires- (don't ask) New Zealand: She gets paranoid at times but tries to hide it, she doesn't really know a lot about America/Thirteen Colonies, so she often gets confused whenever Britain or Canada mentions her. She was the second one to die in the English family. She died of a flood and drowned. When Britain's last child, Canada got murdered, she got a bit depressed. She was already smoking and drinking a bit before/random topic lol.
