My OCD brain just can't stop looking at all the "vertical" lines in your backdrop and seeing how out of whack they are. Look at the blue hexagon to the right of the TV which is slanted in a different direction to the TV and not vertical either. You would expect it to be slanted more right if it was a camera artifact but it is further left instead. Liking the content (on Nebula) but getting distracted.

23:23 A Michael Jordan's jersey sold for $10 million in 2023. Should have made it a package deal to sell the house. Buy house, get free jersey.

Damn, when you put that in the context of the house, 10 mil for a shirt is crazy money

Do you think gymnastics, ice skating and skateboarding are sports? The only difference with breaking is that it's not as mainstream -- most people's knowledge of breaking is limited to what they've seen in street performances.
@sormazi5 күн бұрын
@@Slanghomy I do think all of the above as sports. And I also agree with you that the breakdancing I'm contextualising comes from the street variants that I've been exposed to. But shouldn't that be the benchmark, since most people would have access only to that form of the dance. There's also the convention that dance is traditionally considered art and not sport. Sport can be art, but I'm not convinced that the vice-versa is possible.
@Slanghomy5 күн бұрын
@@sormazi there are actually breaking competitions all over the world, both at the local level and on the global scale. Truly, these competitions should be used as the benchmark - not street performing. Street performers have a handful of moves in their arsenal and re-use them over and over to impress crowds. Meanwhile, breakers get penalized for repeating moves in competitions, making the sport much more difficult. Also, it is immensely important that the judges are qualified. Just like gymnastics can’t be judged by the average viewer, neither can breaking. You must have a trained eye to understand the complexity of the art/sport.
