Trust me on this, add a bagged ice machine at the entrance to the park as close to the street as legally possible. There's not a single outside ice machine on the entire main street in Quartzsite, AZ that is open 24 hours a day. Also add a drink vending machine next to the ice machine. That one street should have 4 bagged ice machines spread along the entire length of town.

I feel that there loops holes here. In terms of how he found the property. How did he do this when he not even legal yet? He transacted how? You need to be legal to have a bank account and open a business
