When you “purchase” the land through owner financing who holds the title? The original owner? When you sub divide the land in the same deal and “sell” it to other people through owner financing does the original owner still hold the title? That’s the only thing I’m not getting and I know can cause legal issues. Please clarify

Same . Why the owner would let you do that if you have not pay the land in full ? you can buy my land and pay me montly , but you dont do shit to my land till you pay me full. that what land owner will tell me, misss something tooooo

They wanted to sell And remember he might have inherited and has so much land or he may have paid a small amt yrs ago He can get title after he sold portion of land. He probably paid the note in a few months and got title Eventually everybody gets their title contracts and payments are your proof.

Why do Americans always have to mention Europe as a whole after they mention a country of Europe haha. " I was in Sweden..Europe" come on Americans can't be that bad in geography right? You describe the most diverse continent with more than 40 countries, all with a different languages, different histories and different looks. In America both continents are south and north, with they have half the countries and 3 languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese/brzilian). and history of a few hundred years only. But we never describe a country as a continent. Is insulting
