Very nice!!! The developer is right. He said ''the first company you buy your first home from will determine whether you will continue to buy or hate to buy any property''. This is my former story. I bought land 7years ago from one nuisance developer in Lekki, the land is still filled with bushes despite all the promises he made. He said that we were to build our properties 7 years after and the land is still the same price!!!!! What a mess! Thank God for Eden Oasis and other genuine ones I found. He is still there expanding !!!!!!!! Imagine !!!!!!!

They sell off-plan. They sell the plan of the estate. So if u want to buy a three bed room house from them, they show u the animated picture of how the house will be. So when u make payment, they use your money to build the it according to the picture. Off- plan properties are very cheap than already built house. The house are usually delivered to the buyer between 6-9 months
