For some reason riot decided that reaching gold was something that somehow deserved to be rewarded ence they are all shit players with a big ego, whenever i play at those elos every year i find it extremely more difficult to rank up through gold than silver more because of the shit mental they have than the level of play itself

Silver/Gold is absolutely the worst place to be sat. A few seasons ago I made Diamond and oh my the difference in mentallity was stunningly better compared to gold/plat. Its easy to be hardstuck in gold even if you are above that skill level.

Cuz the system forces you to carry games rather than doing a bit better than everyone else. Like you have to at least win in 2 to 3 categories in that specifc game. Most valuable being damage, objs and teamfights. And for all of those 2 of them is important for you to have a team unless your 2 ranks above, itll be easy for you. You can literally be silver but can handle yourself in gold. Same goes for other ranks. Plats to diamonds. Silvers to golds etc...
