This video does not demonstrate how to perform the pre-use safety checks regarding the Control valve unit, Euromatic and silicone valve gasket, which are supposed to be checked prior to each use. An actual, simple demonstration of cooking an item in the pot would have been very helpful in Understanding how to achieve the proper settings for cooking and depressurizing the pot.
