"let the spasm pass" was so damn validating for me. My body does that when I lay down after standing up (i shouldn't stand up from my chair to transfer its a bad idea lol don't do that if you aren't supposed to). and that settling process of it always made me self conscious. I feel a lot better knowing that I'm not the only one that has that happen. Thank you. 🥰

As a paraplegic and sitting in chair for 30 years , learning new tricks. Entire my injury. I used folding chair , now try to switch to solid. Thanks for sharing.

Hi, I have CP but eventually, I do transfer myself like you do. However when I’m traveling, I do struggle a lot or I need help when the bed is like 60cm ; this is not much but anyway, this is way higher than my wheelchair :-( How do you proceed in that case ? ♿️

Seems some sort of spinal impairment but not completely immobile, I've seen a man who used to do crazy stuff with bulls and broke his spine completely, now he can't walk sometimes but refuses a wheelchair or cane, he is young though only 30s
