I think we should push for Laws on 'Equal Opportunity and Justice' where the malicious persons, elite lawyers, magistrates and judges can be sued for wrongful imprisonments. No person should oppress another on whimsical grounds e.g. dislike, tribe, status or personal problems. Arresting officers too should NOT enjoy immunity, we are all equal under the law. It's inhuman to give some few people absolute authority over the lives of others.

I was in the same cityuation though never went to jail. A very young house help who laid that i stole money at their place then i decided we go to police station the moment we got there, she was shivering & said i didn't do it. Most of the people r in prison/ jail for something they never commuted

Kenyan judges, prosecutors and the police have a special place in hell. There’s no justice for the poor and their children suffer the most when their parents are thrown in prison while they are innocent. The kids futures are completely destroyed and their dreams crashed because these people in judicial power abuse their power.

1. I believe that it is important for judges and magistrates to base their judgement on the evidence provided rather than feelings, emotions, or certain stereotypes. Because, I am wondering why the judge would convict her yet the medical reports certified that the defendant had NOT engaged in any sexual contact with the young boy. 2. Even the young boy's confession was not consistent, as the interviewee is elaborating. 3. I really wonder why a young boy would lie that he was sexually assaulted or was he coerced to do that by somebody else?
