first one is a pre level then they pave over that...so they have more of a consistant depth

And that guy at 6:00 is probably STILL wondering 4 years later as to exactly WHY he got the Uh-oh! from the by-law Po-po! But... but judge! They had already paved my side of the road! You know how hard it is to get Parking around there?!! I couldn't take the chance that someone would park there before meee--ee!! 😢😭😭 Parking must be an absolute NIGHTMARE in L.A. if people can't even wait for a paving crew to finish paving a road before they start parking all over it. Sheesh!! 🙄😅😅😅

Its their own fault. They convert their garage into jerry rig dwellings then wonder why they never have room for the car.

Before any house, structure, apartment etc is built, they should have 3 parking spots for every resident in my opinion. Theres nothing i hate more than not having a place to park, especially late at night when i get home from work.
