This is just a video showing some Overwatch 2 Top 500 Gameplay where I play Reaper. I am currently a top 500 Reaper player in EU. So this video is just some Overwatch 2 top 500 gameplay.
Both games were really fun to play and were super close. We did alright in both games but in the end of the second one I could've done better by going the stairs instead of the orisa ult. My bad.
Overwatch 2 Top 500 wasn't that hard to hit but I have been playing since Overwatch 1. I did start on xbox and switched to PC but altogether I have around 1800 hours and 800 of them have been on Reaper.
Reaper is the reason why I got out of gold/plat hell as you can kinda 1vs5 with him due to his lifesteal. It does get harder obviously the higher you go up but if I can get top 500 anybody can because I'm not the greatest player ever. I legit play like a plat but what I do differently is I try to play with my tank most of the time or I do the funny and get a 5 man or die instantly.

Honestly best thing you can do is just keep playing. I started in silver and all I did was keep playing. You’ll eventually learn the game and get a lot better. There’s some tips and tricks you could watch on KZbin too

Giving him alt fire for slugs in his shotguns would give him some range. 20-30 dmg fixed for any range. Guy just feels situational and weak.

yeah pretty much everything can counter it but if you bait out their abilities first most of the time you can get a good spin especially in lower ranks.

God no, the game has too much healing right now, it's why some heroes feel unplayable. We need less healing, and for Reaper in particular better escape potential. Make Wraith faster or something.

Yeah it’ll look like that no matter what, difference is positioning is a lot different in higher ranks and maybe ability usage too. But overall reaper isn’t a hard character to learn

Reaper feels weak to play in ow2. Idk how he was in ow1 but it just looks like he can be countered by anything especially in higher ranks. It looks like he doesn't deal a lot of damage even in close range. He needs to be in the enemy's face so he can at least kill him in 2 shots. Same for Tracer. Idk why they make heroes that are the most fun to play weak asf. Meanwhile there are heroes like soujourn or soldier that can kill you in an instant in long range.

I dont get it. You're landing all of your shots, you're point blank range, and some how you still lose the fight. Why is the shotgun wielding character losing against a flying hero when their literally rubbing hitboxes in a room? And this is top 50 gameplay too, like what is this game
