Alzinor… As a critical thinking God abiding American I want to tell you that our leaders are corrupt, elitist, soulless and Godless. She probably lives in a region of Ukraine that hasn’t been desecrated yet. I truly admire and respect her simple life of raising her own food. I remember as a young child both sets of my grandparents cooked meals on a wood stove, grew their own vegetables and canned them. They did have some, but very little conveniences. They did have electricity. In many parts of the world families are living the very uncomplicated life such as this young woman. She’s living her life the way God intended us to live. I am 62 years of age now and I’ve seen a lot of good things in my life. Seeing this young woman work around her home to prep meals put a smile on my face. She will pass this knowledge down to her children as her mother and grandparents did before. This was a wonderful presentation and I look forward to seeing more in this series. Ne živim kao moja baka, jer su moji roditelji davno stvorili svoj dom na drugome mjestu, a peći kakvu je imala moja baka tada se više nisu gradile. Školovala sam se i priuštila si posao i fizički lakši način života, ali sad pred mirovinu živim pod većim stresom i bolesnija nego što je bila moja baka u mojim godinama. Upravo zato ne sudim one koji žive drugačije od mene, ako njima tako odgovara. Perem ruke, a povrće perem u hladnoj vodi, iako imam toplu. I ova djevojka mogla je ugrijati tu vodu, da je htjela. Neće umrijeti ako povrće opere u hladnoj vodi, osobito ako je na to navikla. Uzgajam vlastito povrće, ložim vatru na drva. Da, i čistim snijeg zajedno sa mužem umirovljenikom. Ima ga preko metar. Ne osuđuj ljude zato što misliš da je tvoj stil života bolji od njihovog. Čini se da nije, jer si među većinom komentatora ovdje ti jedna od rijetkih koja je iz krivog razloga ogorčena na ovaj video. Katyi bi bilo mnogo lakše da joj je muž kod kuće. A ona se hrabro bori sama, kao i ja prije 40 godina kad je kod nas bio rat i muž je otišao braniti domovinu od agresora, kao i njen, a ja sam ostala sama s malim djetetom.

I have so many questions. I want to know how old the house is, it looks sooo cool. Does she grow everything herself? Are those tomatoes she puts on the meat balls? The food looks so good, and the ASMR while she makes everything makes me hungry. This is so amazing to capture how people live in various parts of the world. I wish I could smell that food, I bet it smells delicious.

I grew up in Spain, a few decades ago, and my family cooked with wood. Eventually, we made the switch to gas. My parents loved the convenience, but the kitchen didn't feel the same, especially in the colder months; it lacked its usual glow, scent, and warmth. I loved your video. I found it very inspiring. 24 year old American here, it's funny how convenience conflicts with comfort. I remember the smell and feeling that my grandmothers old gas stove used to give off and greatly missed how it felt compared to the electric stove tops my parents used. My parents stove was definitely easier to use but felt less homey.

Burned wood ash is essential for healthy garden soil. Calcium, magnesium, potassium and many more healthy minerals are in it. Gas stoves made us more dependent on the government, energy suppliers and processed food chains. I hope Ukraine will not join EU and work it out with Russia because the wooden stoves are banned here and gas is not a great option seeing this clown show with it. Fuck capitalism.

do you remember the old Coal stoves? made in solid cast Iron, i remember my grandma using it for cooking a few times, and the use of these circles up in order to you have more flame or heat. you can see in the wood-stove in the minute 15, the Coal Stoves i remember uses a metalic door to enter the coal , the girl has the stove made with breaks in a wall of the house.

My father here in Sweden (76 yo) still cooks on wood sometimes. In principle all Swedish homes have electricity, but almost all Swedish homes in the countryside also have a stove and/or open fireplace.
