i also main ziggs in the bot lane and didnt know it was actually a real strategy... i just troll pick him in normals because it's easy to win with him i really hope riot wont nerf him when his win rate increases from more people playing him :(......

He should be safe, adcs are mostly scared of picking AP champs haha. I wonder how he will do with the new items? Also playrate increasing should not increase winrate. If anything it might decrease it e.g Lee sin -u.gg/lol/champions/leesin/build He is the 2nd most popular jg (18% pick rate) but has 47.5% winrate.

I think everything that isn’t adc is better than conventional adcs. That’s why in pro theres only ‘support adcs”(senna, ashe, jhin, ez) that brings utility to the team.

For sure, especially since it would let coaches choose any mid/top/jg combo they want without worrying about needing magic damage. We saw Unicorns of Love at worlds playing Orianna bot lane even. Actually Legacy Esports(OCE Team) did play a couple of games of ziggs adc as well - I believe their top side got absolutly destroyed while bot was even though lol.

I had A LOT of success on ziggz with grasp - mid. Its a counter to assasins. You take 10 attack speed and 9 adaptive force. Early on you just destroy them with autos. But im not sure what the build should be right now. It used to be rod of ages, iceborn gauntlet, liandry, zhonya, whatever boots the game calls for (not as a 5th item just forgot them) and last is probably void staff or something like that. Overall has good enough dmg, split push like crazy and Huge survivabillty

@@HappyChimeNoises another fun and good thing is zilean max E on abillity haste, you just make your immobile team8s be mobile, while you can use your ult every 30 seconds and you can use it 2 times in a fight. Also you can use your E every 4 seconds - 99% movement speed with W reset, which takes you really low mana. I usually play it tank to tilt enemies that cant kill me but there is a better support build. Tyvm for reading something from 3 months ago, i would be glad to find some high elo player doing this as well. It does not work too good in low elo, because its team reliant but in high elo, this will be a beast! Great channel bte

Ok i play bot ziggs, velkoz, xerath, veigar, and heimer etc... Ive done this for years as i was a mid laner that mained mostly ranged mages like these, but my main was actually ahri. Playing her taught me a lot about engagement because you can jump in, fail or succeed, and get out either way most of the time. I learned which champions had the worst mobility to counter ahri by feel. Already having such a good feel for skill shots i was a natural at landing charms. A lot of this comes from follow/predicting dodge patterns. With this knowledge personally being some of the best part of my game, i took my mages to botlane because i always felt selections such as the ones i listed just have so much AoE it feels like why not try them in a lane that has more than 1 person.? Everyone on my team was shocked at how powerful each one of these champions are. They are gated by mana often, but if they have it...and dont fail most of their skill shots...its usually just all around a better 2v2 kit than the adc has. You have cc of your own, more range, more wave clear, and more synergy with your support because you can follow up with a long xerath stun of velkoz all in simply off any landed cc. Because adcs are so strong, they rarely have the capability to poke you back without losing massive amount of minions. IF i landed enough skill shots, the adc would get pushed out of lane every game. There is so much more, until hyper lategame(which shouldn't come unless you failed to push your lead) they cant really comeback unless playing very well from behind. I could go on and on naming things like..who do you think has a better kit for first few team/dragon fights that set the ton? Unless your talking MF unltimate, MAYBE a draven R.....ziggs r, velkoz r, veigar box, heimer R....all so deadly along with they're kits. TLDR Ive been using this concept myself and made it to diamond myself through botlane, even tho im still a mid lane main.

Ziggs mains are quite annoyed they removed the item. Believe in ziggs is doing the Liandry's + Demonic embrace combo which seems like the best dmg right now for ziggs.

I've been playing Ziggs sup for years, not that frequently though lol, it's great, Mejais is an awesome AP support item since you can get >100 AP and 10% movement speed which helps a lot with landing your bombs for 1600g. I'd try him APC but I think I need more practice before I take cs. Also AP champs are just really overtuned in the bot lane right now, me and my friend used a wizard-cleave build, I went AP Sona support and he went Seraphine APC. I went 15/0/18 and had the highest damage out of everyone in the entire game by the end of it, it's soooooooo easy to stack Mejais Soulstealer on Sona, if anyone on your team is getting kills just follow them and W, works from a long distance... But yeah we both went Dark Harvest, I ended up doing the most damage and healing from the sup role as AP Sona (Night Harvester mythic) despite Seraphine having better potential scaling, Sona's damage and healing feel far more accessible though, or maybe it's just me having more experience with Sona than he has on Seraphine (she hasn't been out for years like Sona). Was rocking 860 AP, over double what my mid laner had :D But yeah, Lucian mid would be a great pick to learn to go with dual AP bot lanes so you still have an ADC, Pyke mid would compliment it well with CC and the gold sharing, especially with a tank top and someone like Vi as jungle. The burst damage you can do is absolutely bonkers, your 100-0 potential is stupidly high. Thought this was worth a mention, as not only is Ziggs APC a legit threat, Seraphine APC with AP Sona sup is also a nightmare as long as they don't have a hook champ. I've been on the shitting on Seraphine bandwagon since I first saw it (came back to league from a 2 year break in october 2020) as I felt she was a copy paste of sona with inflated numbers marketed to k-pop stans and belle delphine simps lol, but my friend mains adc and sup and owns seraphine and AP Sona is one of my mains so we gave it a try and *holy jesus you should not have that amount of burst and that amount of healing combined, it's totally overwhelming for any ADC not named Draven...* Just thought I'd mention that, this is some of the most fun I've had in League in years (along with Caitlyn top lane, I adore her, she's not OP like Sera/Sona but she's so much fun and works in my elo [gold 2] looking like I'll probably hit plat this season too 😊) --- again as Chime says: it''s almost never picked, people don't know how to play against it,* they make the mistake of trying to farm like we're a normal ADC lane, if they step out of position they get blended, it's fucking crazy, as Sona I try for Dark Seal, Tear and Boots first back, depending on how much gold I have when I back it differs but I try to complete Mejais asap, then Night Harvester with mpen boots at some point on the way, then depending on the state of the game build either a Staff of Flowing Water or a Deathcap. Lich Bane after that, Dark Harvest with Ultimate Hunter, sorc secondaries for Manaflow Band and Gathering Storm. Since you're sup the free AP is baller. I highly recommend this lane and I've been a "hater" of Seraphine up until now (I still think she looks like shit and especially juxtaposed with PsyOps Sona she looks cringe but holy hell, *you can't argue with results... Also APCs aren't just listed as Support in tier lists now, many bot lane (ADC/APC, the cs taker) are AP champs now. Wizard-cleave is alive and well in Season 11.*

Calling it "ADC Ziggs" or "Ziggs ADC" is bullshit, because you don't build ADC items; (Crit, attack speed, AD) you play it in the bot carry role, *these are two very, very different things.* Also, yes I have played actual adc ziggs with adc items, before; then again, I've done that with a lot of mage champions, whether it's out of "necessity" in ARAMs with only mages, in one-4-all, or simply just for fun, or to try it out.
