Star platinum: the world isn't even a jojo stand its an ability named by Jotaro. Star platinum can stop time for 5 seconds at max while Dio can stop time for 9 seconds because he is a vampire meaning the world should also stop time for 5 seconds. Most jojo roblox games have other things that are not manga accurate like rokakaka's resetting stands, tusk being able glide with nails and beetle arrow being called requiem arrow.
