I'll say it again Howell's INT rate was the same as Allen's. If Allen threw the ball as much as Howell did Allen would be tied with the league lead. Everyone thinks Allen is good. Even if he's a turnover machine. He last year lost his three 3 win all by himself. Yet he's good right? Howell is young. So, we'll see. He's could turn into a starting QB. Which is more than you can say about Lock. He looked lost almost every snap he's played in the NFL. He was not the future, maybe Howell can be.
