the fact that for the first time i actually feel bad for HYBE 😭 like this whole thing started because MHJ tried to make a power move she had no authority to make in the first place, and NJ decides to side with her despite her countless PROVEN allegations while spreading their own allegations about HYBE and ADOR. like HYBE has been so patient with them; even now they’re giving them ANOTHER opportunity to settle the issue amicably and like adults, and yet again and again they choose to act like spoiled brats who believe the world revolves around them. Nope Ador are trying to hold firm that the girls are still on contract so they can get the severance fee's. In an industry where artists are actually fighting against years of "real" mistreatment and SA cases, these kids crying in the parliament for a manager to ignore them is a laughable comparison. Time and time again, it's been proved that Min Heejin isn't better than HYBE nor is a feminist icon who cares about female employees. Everything she does is for her own benefit. She is a manipulator and a massive liar. She literally has criminal charges against her and a shit ton of lawsuits waiting to take place. She never talks about any of that in her press conferences or interviews. Instead, she tries to cover it up by saying she's the one whose gonna sue Hybe for this and that. She cares more about dramatic headlines rather than factual evidence and she's willing to tarnish anyone's image for the sake of it. She had indirectly accused other hybe groups of chart manipulation some months ago. This allegation led to people questioning groups under Hybe even BTS to the point, that the Minister of Culture and Tourism announced they were going to take back the Order of Cultural Merit awarded to the group if the chart rigging allegation were found to be true. In the end, as expected, those claims were lies to begin with. Then when NJ was promoting in Japan, this paid ex-journalist came to a news show where he told how Hybe told him to delete his article that was claiming NJ Japan sales reached 1 million. In reality, the sales in Japan were around 38K. He is now retired as a journalist, holding a high position at Kakao and is an avid follower of Min Heejin. 🚩 The female Illit manager who told the girls to ignore Hani is now suffering from depression. Context matters. The period when the alleged ignoring situation happened was when Illit was receiving a lot of hate from New Jeans supporters. Honestly, I can see why the manager did what she did and in my view, it was more of a defensive move than a sinister one. At least, they were just ignoring you and not spreading false rumours like Min Heejin and the bunnies who made it their goal to spread sleeping allegations about Le sserafim to get where they are. So messed up. Also, she consults a freaking shaman to take important business decisions, has paid over 40 million won for it and prefers younger trainees. The more young, the more gullible and easy to brainwash. Now those kids don't even know how contracts work and I don't see any future in their activities anymore. Their international sales have plummeted, the general Korean public is sick of their Bs, the sponsors are slowly finding replacements. There is no “think they have a point” that’s basic logic in simply having a contract to begin with. Why would you even have a contract, a company or otherwise, if it can be broken just because someone feels like they don’t want to participate? That’s not contractual obligation, that’s a “play it by ear” deal you speak about as you nonchalantly go through things. Every single contract, regardless of what it’s for, can not be broken unless there is substantial reasoning or the other is willing to pay penalties that were agreed upon in said contract. There wouldn’t be penalties there, placed in said contract, if you could just end things because of “feelings” Once more, this is a live case in point for those thinking minors can be in training to be an idol, never mind debuting as one. These girls were so easily “influenced” by that woman that they have forgone any need for seeking knowledge outside their one trick pony source. This is typical for those being brought up in the entertainment world and is exactly why the argument is pushed for people to take a seat when thinking it’s a good idea to debut a minor because “talent” If these girls, as they are now passed being young adults and are officially adults, can not recognize what a contract is, the base of what they’re attempting to argue against, than it is extremely difficult to stand by anything they say. Honestly, NJ is very privileged. If some other group was doing the same (specifically one from a medium-small company) the retaliation was almost immediate. In NJ case, it took months and it's not fully resolved. NJ is so profitable that the company was basically willing to ignore the tantrums and carry on with their activities as if nothing was happening and even when they were badmouthing the company to anyone who would listen, they were still willing to try to work things out. We see that NJ had many chances to review what they were doing and stop, now any bad outcome (which honestly is the most likely to happen) will lay solely on them.
