*Important points to consider during introspection/contemplation* 1. Istighfar 2. Taqwa (fearing Allah) especially in private 3. Tawwakul in Allah in regards to rizq 4. Awrad recited from the heart* 5. Fixing the inward If I missed anything else...please comment *Action Plan* *[1] ISTIGHFAR:* - 100 - 1000x istighfar + 3-7 best istighfar/istighfar dua. Istighfar from heart with remorse and intention to stop sin. *[2] Taqwa:* - Taqwa is a deep concept. Requires more research from sources of Scholars for outward meaning, Also madad from pir/murshid/sufi shaykh for internal meaning and spiritual implementation and training. *[3] Tawwakul:* - Accepting the promise of Allah whole heartedly. - Actively negating pessemistic negativity of shaytan by diluting it with positive thoughts - 'Husn Al Dhan' of Allah. - Having good expectations from Allah, being optimistic. *[4] Awrad: Prescribed by murshid* Must be done with attention, recited with heart and fully internalised. - Laa Hawla Wala quwwata - Hasbunallahu Wa Ni'mal Wakeel. Ni'mal Mawlaa Wa Ni'man Naseer. Wa Ufawidu Amri i lallah, Inallaha baseerum bil 'Ibaad. * Awrad also aids point [3] on tawwakul. Especially when learning the meanings, and name/attributes of Allah "Al-wakeel". "Al razzaq, Al Ghani, Al-wahhab etc" would also help. *[5] Internal work:* requires an "appointment and diagnosis" by a master/teacher/doctor specifically in the field of the heart/spirituality = Murshid/pir/sufi/wali. Cannot be done without their assistance, self work on this is dangerous as specialist is needed.
