One more question , train jis bhi direction me chalti hai to uske back wala pantograph kyu use hota hai?? Agar upstream direction me chalte hue hi usi side k pantograph ka use ho to kya result hoga ?? I mean kya is condition me short circuit hoga ????

आगे का पैंटोग्राफ उठा रहने पर जब भी अगला पैंटोग्राफ किसी कारन से टूट जाये तो वो पिछले पैंटोग्राफ पे गिर के उसे भी तोड़ देगा इस लिए पिछले पैंटोग्राफ से काम करते है और भी बहोत टेक्निकल रीज़न है जो आप नहीं समझ पाओगे

डीजल लोको भी एक तरह का इलेक्ट्रिक लोको ही हैं।जिसमें बिजली ओवर हेड वायर से न लेकर डीजल इंजन जे जुड़े जनरेटर से पैदा की जाती हैं।जनरेटर से प्राप्त बिजली का उपयोग केवल लोको को मूव करने के लिए ही किया जाता हैं।बाकी मशीनें जैसे कंप्रेसर,रेडिएटर फैन इत्यादि इंजन की शाफ़्ट से चलते हैं

I'm an Electric engineer adding some information--- Transformer is used step down 25kv to desired voltage Now its converted into DC because DC is easy to control, Hence speed is easily controlled..... which is very important factor for any vehicle 😎

Electronics and Communication Engineer here.. Who designed, ESCs, Inverters, Switched Power supplies etc etc... Now yes Transformer is used to step the voltage down.. That's Correct... And Most of Indian Locos Steps down 25KV to 750VAC.. and this VAC is actually rectified with Rectifier along with passive power factor correction inductions and Filtering And Bulk Capacitors... this DC can be fed to Traction Motor but with the help of IGBT or SCR based Speed controller... SCR are old devices.. so they are not used for Locos now... We use IGBT these days.... Now For 3 Phase AC traction Motors... We. Use 3 phase Full Bridge Inverter.. made up of Several (minimum 6 IGBTs) along with Control Electronics.. this inverter pack is actually Drived Synchronised with other Inverter packs for each Traction Motor... And Motor drives wheels of Locks... It's not just like AC directly get converted into DC and DC drives Traction motors... There are many many ways to control speed and current..

Aapne bataya ki transformer se jo current rectifier mein jata hai, woh Single Phase AC se Single Phase DC mein convert hota hai, uske baad Inverter us Single Phase DC ko 3 Phase AC mein convert karta hai, but, mera ek question hai ki ultimately agar dekha jaaye toh current Single Phase AC se 3 Phase AC mein convert hone ke baad loco mein use hota hai, toh agar kuch aisa kiya jaaye ki transformer se aane waala Single Phase AC directly 3 Phase AC mein convert ho jaaye aur Rectifier and Inverter jo space lete hain loco ke andar , uski jagah Loco Pilots ke liye toilet ka intezaam kar diya jaaye, toh kaisa hoga ?

True 25000 Volt is the potential that is available in Singe phase. Current is drawn by motors and they are able to drive such a heavy load like train because of this high potential available

for increasing speeds in 3 phase induction motors as in wap5, wap7, wag 9, frequency of ac is responsible for varying motor rpm unlike dc motors which only rely on current volume..please don't generalise everything.. moreover have a check on your video after rendering on premier pro..else some fancy transitions can eventually become "this feature needs gpu acceleration"

All happen ...to reduce friction and spark graphite is used on panto pan. The OHE line is also in zigzag manner to avoid graphite loss in one place
