HI .. help me. New 2018 MOTOR 3.3 hp mercury starts well. I set forward and the propeller turns but I stop it with my hand. I accelerate it but it has no force. Before disarming. what do you think it would be? Thank you

Is it possible the propeller is just spinning freely on the shaft somehow? If you say its turning, that means the shaft is turning as well. Can you hold the shaft with your hand and stop it? or is it the propeller itself?
