yes, it is possible. You can check maps like maps.me , OSM, Mapy.cz or gaia The hiking trail is also marked and you can easily follow it. Unfortunately, I did not know it during that time. You might come across locals telling you not to. most of them will do that so that you can take a pony.

Do we need to take any kind of permit to do trekking here. Without any tour operator. I'm planning to do a solo trekking and camping here in the month of June.

Nothing as such is required. When you enter the baisiran valley you will just need to take a ticket. I forgot the cost. Its a small amount. I am not sure if anything has changed currently. But I can advice you one thing, do not fall for the local guides telling you that you cannot trek and you need a horse. They will tell that just to earn money (unfortunately). That is not true. Any trek lover will enjoy the hike and is possible to do.

Do you need a permission to fly drone? How high are you allow to fly

If you fly a drone below 250 gms, you don't need any permission. There's a govt recognised website to check fly zones across India.
