@@youravghuman5231 nah man, since he had to be killed in order for the power to work, and even though he can come back, he still is a powerless normal dude, so he can't even be compared to the other characters in terms of power, and he is just a normal human. He also still feels pain every time he dies and gets hurt, and apparently the pain is like really bad, but he just comes back to die again. The only reason he was able to get so far is simply because he died again and again in brutal ways, but he was able to know what killed him, just for him to be killed by the next thing. Like the rabbit death, that must have hurt a lot. Seems kinda similar to hell, like you just undergo suffering again and again, and the only thing about his power is that he kinda knows what might happen a little bit into the future, and costs a lot to use basically.

I actually think that Tsubaru may have been present in Re Zero's world hundreds of years ago as the Great Sage, but for some reason he lost all his memories of this world, which made him believe that he was summoned at that moment only. I did not read the novel, but I remember watching a video explaining the events of the Path of Gluttony. There was a hint. So, since Tsubaru lost his memory in the Sage Tower, he only lost his memories of the current world, so at first he thought that he had been in the grocery store a while ago, then he was summoned to another world, where he found himself in a strange tower.

There's a bit of an argument there tbh. Standard truck-kun usually involves the victim either not paying attention and getting struck or taking the hit for someone else who was going to get struck. Tanya got deliberately pushed into the oncoming train, and by an employee he had just fired/laid-off. Basically got 2nd-degree murdered (angry man saw an opportunity to kill and took it) or at best, man-slaughtered. Also, I'm nitpicking here but it wasn't the train that triggered the reincarnation, it was him picking an argument with god in the last moments before he got struck by said train. He/she is also sociopathic, which isn't really considered insanity unless you're loosely including abnormalities when socializing. She CAN think and act like a normal person, and she does go about quite a bit of the series doing so, but to her it's weird and it's annoying and she'd rather not when she doesn't need to.

It is embodiment of "best player" concept. But it is not only character in NGNL that can conform reality to become a game. Neither it can be much outside of being a gamer, as his whole worldview goes through prism of his concept (like god Artosh was embodiment of concept of the "strongest"). What gives him exceptional power and allows to break some chains/rules, though, is Suniaster. But god of games doesn't quite enjoy this much power, and even refrain from looking into future (which is one of the capabilities of Suniaster holder).
