Wow, great video! I suffered for years, and back then, I didn’t even know what it was called. As I grew older, I remember in 2019 it got so bad that I couldn’t sleep at night. I was overthinking everything to the point where I had to consult a doctor for sleeping pills, but they didn’t work. I even overdosed on sleeping tablets, but nothing happened. What you’re saying about analyzing your mind and figuring out the root cause is so important-it really resonates with me.
