Could you have one key topic, say “monetization” but that’s then backed by 3-4 other content pillars - for example - offer creation, sales strategy (DMs etc), power writing (that helps you monetize), business strategy (your journey on your wins/losses) while doing the monetization. Or do you suggest to only stick to 1 key thing?

Neither of them is wrong, Let me explain JK Suggests niching down so the monetization comes faster ( likes ain't cash ), if you have a small audience in your niche the probability of you selling your services is higher. While Dan sees that going broad is the way, he plays a long term game and monetizing will take him longer because he has to make his audience aware of the solution ( Aka his product) that he's selling. So they are both subjectively right, they just prefer different paths.
