When you are ready to use Apple Pay at the store, you can doubke tap the power button to bring up the apple wallet, you can tap around the bottom of the screen to choose a different card and pick the apple cash card. To withdraw? That sounds like an instant transfer fee. It could also be based on the account you have on file. See if other accounts you may have on file would cause there to be any fee. If it's to add to the account, it's probably because it's a credit card.

Yes, you do not need a debit or credit card in apple wallet to set up or send/receive money on Apple Cash. I have tested this out on my account, and Apple Cash is completely separate from any credit or debit cards you might have, so you don’t need any of those. Apple Cash is basically cash app. Hoped this helped 😊!

Correct. Credit cards charge upwards of 3%+ to pull cash from so it's quite expensive for both you and Apple which is why it's only bank accounts and debit cards.

It's really helpful in a pinch as my wife was at the store and didn't have her wallet with her. I was able to instantly send her money to her Apple Cash card to use at the register. It's mainly a peer to peer transfer and less like a bank account

As of right now you can't see the whole number (my guess is in the future you will get an account & routing number). You can however see the last 4 digits of the card in the card details page.
