Hello everyone, checkered fabrics are not the fabrics that I highly recommend, especially for beginners in sewing. First of all, I suggest you to sew with square-free, unlined, pattern-free, feather-free fabrics, or even cut with slightly thick, non-slip, and tough fabrics. Fabric selection is a serious issue, if you do not detect your fabric well, this will cause you to feel cold from sewing and to experience the feeling of failure. That's why you should climb the stairs slowly :) you should follow a path from simple to complex, from easy to difficult 🙏🌻
