Long horse is a horror character created by a man called ‘Trevor Henderson’ long horse is friendly and he lives in the woods. He defies gravity with his long neck that (like you said) looks like a serpent. Cartoon cat is made by the same person and is 8ft tall and likes eating human heads, he doesn’t defy gravity and sort of looks like felix the cat.
