21:19 kimchi is soooo good! kimchi is literally cabbage! Its fermented which can sound scary to an American (believe me im American lmaooo) but basically its used as a sort of side dish/condiment? You can put it with rice, meat, as far as i know whatever really! there are types of kimchi tho, some super spicy, some more tangy like with more vinegar, some even taste sweet to me. But it is super delicious, and really good for your gut!
