Stray Kids actually no longer use titles anymore because they can all rap, sing, dance and all are writing songs for the group.

Chandora explained in the 2+ hour guide that they feel it's necessary information to share with new fans. I disagree as well because it doesn't really matter anymore.

@@HJasmin I complained about it too.This guides confuses new fans and encourages akgaes spreading misinformation about Felix (also someone here lied, acusing me of defame a member just bc i clarified this) Stans who force the old positions on *every member* do it bc they try to highlight their bias. When it's obvious because Felix was chosen for the survival show just 6 months after being a trainee, they preferred to give him that position, something forced bc was a typical rule in kpop. Then Stays normalized treating him as a lead dancer, but don't do this with Han (he was called 'lead rapper' but today everyone put him as a main rapper) Use the positions in the guide was unnecessary, and if she does, should give the same treatment to others members. Mention Felix's background as a dancer but starting saying 'as a lead dancer...' just downplayed everything. Everyone accept two main dancers, which is not common in Kpop, but leave apart Felix who was trained like Leeknow in an academy and performed with his group before being recruited by JYPE...Spreading this get the media influenced, so they misinform about it too

@@MSCEB95 Not only do they discredit Felix's dancing abilities all the time but randomly made HyunLix center & FOTG?! they NEVER had those positions in the first place, not even at debut. Not to mention that so many 4th gen groups don't go with ANY positions so why would the creator of these guides do it? It's plain bullsh¡t. Plus everyone know DancaRacha are considered the Visual Line (VisualRacha). And regarding the bias-thing: both - the long and the short - guides are noticably biased. or at least very less effort put into especially Innie's and Felix's parts compared to eg Han, Hyunjin, Binnie and Lino.

You can’t identify the members by hair because colors, length and styling changes all the time… especially if you’re watching a compilation of different stages, mv’s, etc. And the long guide really gives you more insight and background. This is good for putting name to face but the guys themselves defy labeling

i remember watching "back door" for the first time and I didn't know skz that well yet and I was so confused seeing hyunjin with pink and then blond hair and I thought I was missing out on one of the members haha

Bang Chan is not only the leader, he also picked all the members himself. He is the creator of Stray Kids. There would be no Stray Kids without him. Hyunjin is the main center but the others have been center as well. So you have ace and all rounders. Han is the ace since he excels in everything. The other members are all rounders which means they are good at everything but only excel at certain things. They didn't talk about it but Felix likes to build computers and bake. Yes the 2 hr one is a must

HAN IS OG. thats why he became my ult bias he is very diverse talented and just his aura is crazy on stage. The effort he puts in to making songs, rapping practicing producing dancing doing whatever. He is known as the funny and cringy member but he is very talented and smart.

Even the longer ones do this as well. If they’re going to put a fact in like Binnie, Minho etc singing well, but don’t show any clips of the singing then what was the point? Literally not found a single guide yet that doesn’t do something like this!

Chan was about 13 when he moved back to Korea, alone, without his family or friends. He then trained 7 years before debuting as stray kids leader. What I like about stray kids is that they genuinely love each other and are amazing friends. Not every group is like that. The chemistry can be seen in all their content. Don't ever try to recognize them from their hair, they change it so much. But yeah Hyunjin and Felix both usually have long hair. Yeah they don't abide by the roles anymore. They can all do everything, the roles are no longer a thing, but it's easier to know what they specialize in this way. They're 8 rappers, 8 dancers, 8 visuals and 8 vocalists. You really should do the 2 hour guide, you'll learn so much more! It's so fun! I think you'll like it. I love the pausing, just want reactors to take our boys seriously, it shows you like them. They're really good guys.

You really paid attention and tried to remember as much as possible and that's very cool. The longer version of the guide has many details and interesting information. Seungmin's vocals are so stunning and soulful that it is simply impossible to hold back tears, his voice sounds with such tenderness and purity, the timbre is so sweet as if it were really an angel and a feeling like you are in paradise, an incredibly strong and sincere voice that pierces the heart through and through.

3:22 Bang Chan moved back to South Korea by himself, leaving all of his family and friends behind when he was just 13. He lived in the dormitory for those who lived long distances until he debuted. For quite some time, he lived there alone. 17:09 Hyunjin is the tallest and an excellent dancer and visual. Lee Know is very much like Bang Chan. He doesn't seek glory, he's happy knowing that his team is doing well and he was an important part of it. 17:40 yes, they have both had long blonde hair. I think the rest of the members have had their time being blonde as well. 31:49 OST is Original Sound Track. Don't wait for likes. Just so yourself a favour and watch the 2 hour version.

Heyyo Phylis.. you covered most of the questions I jotted down, someone mention that they do not use the positions labels anymore [not needed since 2020], and I think one of Felix's favorite games is League of Legend [those that is subject to change] and I love that he plays Animal Crossing. It is best not to depend on hair color or style to try to tell them apart 🤔🤣. just keep reacting.. you will get there.. I really think you would benefit from doing the longer guide, it is 2 hrs but it has way more information and is better for learning about each member and their contributions to the team. PS. Pausing is definitely better than talking over stuff and missing information!!

Seungmin is really an incredible and just amazing person in every sense, he manages everything, no matter what he undertakes, he is good at everything. Amazing vocals also writes songs himself. Few people know that he was still in the dance club at school. His movements in choreography are always so natural and clear, as if without a drop of effort, he plays the guitar, plays baseball, football and bowling superbly at first glance you wouldn't think but he is very hardy. I will never stop admiring Seungmin.

Every time I hear Seungmin sing I become so emotional I don't even understand Korean but he makes me cry all the time tho. There is not that many skilled singers who make people cry he has that power I respect him a lot. Literally as a singer he is my number 1 favorite singer I know there are crazy skilled singers I hear many genre but Seungmin is special at least in my eyes and ears

That was hyunjin that was the blonde with lee know when he is yelling ice cream. Hyunjin has amazing stage presence and is a very captivating dancer with very fluid and powerful movement so it makes sense to have him center a lot. However he is not center all the time and they rotate out center usually based on who's singing. For dance breaks or intense part is usually him. Lee know and felix as well will lead those areas too as they are also part of the skz dance line. Lee know learns choreography really fast so he runs dance practice and helps teach any of the others who aren't a quick. He is very technical and poweful. Felix uses a lot of athletic moves too like jumps and kicks. Hyunjin was also the blonde one in the booth in hans part that was doing the rap you liked. This guide misses a lot like lee know beautiful singing voice and falsettos and hyunjins rapping and changbins vocals and so much more

Greetings 🙂 You really should consider watching the 2 hour guide of 2024. These short guides don't do SKZ justice. There is so much more to 8 multi talented guys, who ALL sing, rap, dance, write lyrics and compose music... There are no specific roles in the group , everyone does everything. Except producing, that's only for Chan, Binnie and HAN. They all have a super close bond and are family to each other. My recommendations for live shows: MAMA2022Venom and Maniac, SKZ Lapalooza Chicago (2024) Lose my breath live There are many more stages to watch, but those are my favourites. 🌸 Peace

Fun fact- Felix plays League of legends, has for 12 years, and recently Stray Kids did a song (Come Play) for the second season of Arcane, an animated show based on League! (Super good song and fantastic show)

Awesome guide reaction. Hyunjin had long hair first. Bang Chan was 13 yrs old when he moved back to Korea and trained for 7 years before debut with Stray Kids. Another fun fact Bang Chan hand picked all the members not their company JYP. That is the first every for any Korean entertainment company to let a leader hand pick their group members. JYP did put them through a survival show before debut in 2018. Felix was 17 years old when he moved to Korea and didn't know much about the Korean language. He was almost eliminated because of it. Hyunjin was scouted out while he was shopping with his mom by a JYP agent scout because of his beautiful face. Stray Kids don't really have roles because they are all multi talented. The fans have broken up the members to 3 unit groups 3Racha is the producing team. Bang Chan, Han and Changbin, Dancing team is called DanceRacha and is Lee Know, Felix and Hyunjin they share the center mostly in the dance area, and Vocal Racha is Seungmin and I.N. When they debut there were 9 members Woojin left the group for personal reasons in 2019 a year after they debut he was part of vocalracha. I don't agree with that Hyunjin is always center. Stray Kids are really good at changing center while dancing and its pretty even. Felix and Hyunjin get mixed up all the time because of the long hair. And all the boys are visuals to me and all are talented OT8 even if my bias is Felix, I love everyone of the kids for they are each unique and talented. They are so funny and what makes me smile. Love to see you react to the full longer guide it is more in depth and you will get some of the references. The only thing is they are so full of info on the first 4 members by the time they get to he last they is not as much info on them. The guides usually go with the oldest to youngest and yes maknae is youngest or baby of the family. Maknae on top is a son Bang Chang and Changbin wrote for I.N. and there is an actual video it is so good.

Seungmin became my bias the moment i heard his voice. He has a singing show called Song by on YT with several episodes please check it out. The clip of him you liked is from a show called Lee Mujin it was an outstanding episode ❤

Felix and Hyunjin both tend to have longer hair though it has been various lengths and colors for each. Lee Know teaches the dances and works on timings and he has more technical dance background. His is usually technically perfect but Hyunjin tends to put a lot of flair into his dancing which is why he is center for dancing. He is very noticible in his dancing. I don't technically like the term center though as SKZ really tend to just have whomever is singing or rapping that moment in the center but that said during dance breaks it is frequently Hyunjin. if you want to see their different styles check out one a dancerachas songs. there are live performances of both Wow (make sure it is danceracha and not 3racha) and Taste. either one let's you see their different dance styles

I don't like this guide. SKZ was formed differently from other kpop groups, and the typical titles were never official. So Stays since years confused many things about it, which is why these types of guides, magazines and the shows they go belittle Felix as a dancer. Like, The 'dance leader' title never existed in Kpop, but Chan gave it to Lee know for being a professional dancer and giving that special position to him.There were never two main dancers titles either...But we stick to the 'lead dancer' title when its come to Felix. And ignore he was chosen by the company for being a dancer, unlike Hyunjin, and then they had more or less the same training time. I simply found depressing that this type of info is spread, and people not taken into account that the members don't focus much on Highlight their skills, and Felix's herniated disc problem that he has suffered since before the Maniac era to exclude him from the other two when he's not below Hyunjin's level at all.

He's center because he is the tallest member of Danceracha. Yes, he and Felix both have long hair. Felix is also in Danceracha. Hyunjin SHOULD sell his art...some pieces are sentimental, but he could be killing it as an artist.

The following terms mean: Main - best Lead - very good Sub - good Stray Kids don’t use these terms anymore but for the sake of this video, if we use Danceracha as example, Lee Know and Hyunjin are both the main dancers, they help the others in the dance choreo, Lee Know as the leader has choreographed some of the early dances and leads the entire group to make sure everyone is in synch, this took some weight off of Chan’s shoulders so he could focus more on producing the music. Lee Know was the only professional dancer before joining the group. Hyunjin also helps out and is known to provide original ideas to the choreography, he is also the centre because of his charisma and dance skills, he attracts attention when dancing. Felix is lead dancer but I find his dance skills have greatly improved in their last album, even while fighting through continuous back problems. Vocalracha - Seungmin is main and I.N is lead. 3Racha - The producing team where Chan is the main producer but all 3 of them (Chan, Changbin, Han) approve the songs to release. Some of your questions will be answered in the longer guide, please watch it. Hyunjin was the first in the group to have long hair so you can’t go by their hair to differentiate him and Felix, go by their voices, if it’s not a deep voice it’s Hyunjin. You will eventually recognize them all regardless of their hair style and at some point you will know who of the 8 members is singing just by their unique voices. Face of the group - is Felix because he is the first everyone notices when discovering Stray Kids because of his deep voice which doesn’t match the beautiful face. He attracts most of us to Stray Kids. Visual - is Hyunjin because of his natural beauty.

It's an insult that over the years that reductionist and simplistic 'lead dancer' title continues to be forced on him. That was an invention to differentiate a member or two who danced better than the rest, but weren't even close to the main dancer. Oh, but it's ok to ignore the typical rules of kpop positions and put Hyunjin at the level of Lee know, giving him the main dancer title too, when he even it's above in level from the majority of main dancers in the industry for being a professional dancer. I'm saying all this just to pointing out the nonsense about it. Like, Felix was chosen and taken to Korea for his dancing, unlike Hyunjin, and then they both spent almost the same amount of time as a trainee. Then if someone watch videos before him becoming a trainee, it could see that Felix already had a certain level, just as he has been analyzed and he is not below Hyunjin at all. I have no problem with giving him that position, but how became normal excluding Felix of that because Stays fault. Without taking into account he hasn't the same opportunities to shine as a dancer, that SKZ don't care in general about highlight their skill, or the herniated disc problems that he has suffered since before JYPE announced it

The titles definitely seemed official until Woojin left and there was no main vocal. A lot of us were wondering whether Jisung would then be main vocal and it seemed like it when Levanter came out but with no change in role. It wasn’t until a few months later that Seungmin then seemed to be doing it and there weren’t really titles anymore. They didn’t start out with everyone having rap and singing sections in different songs, for example it wasn’t for a while that we really heard Changbin or Hyunjin sing properly, it was mainly Minho and Jisung that did both depending on the song.

@@melovesawyerWhat i see if each and every position had been that important and something serious that reflected the real skills of all the members, they would have simply changed the main vocalist position and that's it. Like, Han being treated like a 'lead rapper'? Being different from Changbin doesn't make him less skillful. And if in the group there was freedom to create new titles that never existed in Kpop like Chan did, why weren't they going to get rid of reductionist positions? What I could see is Chan didn't follow the old kpop rules to choose his members. Like, in the past it was common to see many rappers didn't know how to sing at all, like they never tried over time, they didn't see it necessary. Just saying, most things about SKZ as a group are different than typical kpop. I just think that some of the positions had to be chosen yes or yes for the survival show.

Yes please for the longer guide. You can always break it up into sections. Like watch Bang Chan part then maybe check out a solo song of his and a Stays youtube edit vid 😁. Turn a 2 hr vid into 8 parts hahaha. Good way to learn more about each member

Seungmin is not just a fan, he has been playing baseball professionally since childhood but was unable to continue due to injury, and his grandfather is also a fairly famous baseball player in South Korea. Of the recent events, there is also no mention of Seungmin's modeling career or his collaborations with such fashion brands as Loewe and Harry Winston. And this year Seungmin started hosting his own show on the official STRAY KIDS channel called "SONG BY" where he talks about his thoughts on music and sings the chosen song.

17:20 hyunjin is a more flashy dancer by default (lee know can be flashy but he’s more practiced in toning it down due to his dance background). Lee know more holds things together by blending in but actually making the whole group look more cohesive than it would look without him. hyunjin (and Felix when he gets a chance) is a great visual focal point bc of his dance style and energy and bc of his height. His dance style also makes him stick out more when he’s not in the center which makes center often a better position for him

Always love your reactions. Stray Kids are multitalented and they themselves stopped using titles almost at the beginning. It is fans and others in Kpop that are use to titles that apply them to the group. Also Hyunjin basically started a trend in Kpop for guys to have long hair. Both he and Felix have long hair and both are routinely blonde too especially in past years. Both are also so beautiful that it can be easy to mix them up when first learning everyone's faces in the group.

The thing about SKZ now is that they have actually not use any of that title they were given at the beginning of their career, they are all so talented not anyone could be lead vocals and lead rappers. It was mainly just to distinguish where they mostly excel in the group but in my opinion they can be in any position depending on the song, even the other members have written and helped produce songs not as much as 3RACHA ( Chan, Changbin and Han) but they all have songs that are credited to them. I see them as all rounders who can do all the aspects needed in a kpop group. If you enjoy seeing them have fun I suggest you watch SKZ code it is their variety show it fun to see their personality more.

This was fun to watch! I hope you’ll watch the long one, this one was missing so much of their skill and character info. Also, the pausing is necessary when watching guides, we won’t get upset about pausing, although some Stay do get upset if you talk over the guide, so pausing is good if you want to read info or talk about things. You’re doing well. 👍🏼 This had me smiling all the way. You also retained lots of info which shows you were really paying attention. As for the long hair guy, you cannot base recognising them on their hair as they change hair style and cut on a weekly basis for varying performances or fashion related jobs (most of them now represent various fashion houses, so they have to change looks frequently). The longer guide and all their other videos, including colour coded lyric videos, should help you recognise them over time.

Straykids are one of the only kpop groups who aren't just friends or colleagues. They are a literal family, not only because Bangchan himself handpicked each member but also because they share the same passion for what they do together. And the result of that can be heard through their music.

Please keep pausing to read and take in the given information. There's nothing more frustrating than when people talk over the video, miss half of it and then later on ask questions that easily could have been answered if they just payed attention to the video. It's nice to see you actually making the effort.

Some reactors choose to divide the long guide into two videos… 4 members per video. And that makes it easier for you to pause the screen and read out the info. If you don’t read all the info then what would even be the point 🤷🏽‍♀️ We’ll be right there with you 😀👍

No u r right, in Chk Chk Boom felix was the one who with silver long hair. Thing is you cannot remember them by their hair colour or style because they change it always. Normally Hyunjin and Felix both love to grow their hair long.❤

You can notice this when he says 'my main man' about Felix, just expressed himself in a wrong way. So i agree saying him to be more careful with his words the next time. But you all and OP commented on this, accusing him as if he left the rest of the group aside, when it can see *this isn't the case at all* just it show Felix is his bias, and that's not a bad thing. So, he was focusing in the others too. Then there are angry stans here acting worse than him, imposing like 'No! Hyunjin is prettier' instead of just call him out. So i hope you all give them the same energy.

Okay, if someone told me my friend is preetier, I don't like it of course, but I wouldn't feel he disrespects me. And we can't put your example here, cause he didn't say it to Huynjin and they are idols. Their looks is always a topic #1 and Huynjin was ranked the most handsome guy in Korea and the second in the world, so I don't think one reactor's opinion can shake his

I know it can be confusing with the members at first but if you stick with it you’ll get them in no time and look wondering how you mixed them up in the first place 😅 Also I love your reaction videos so please stop apologising for pausing and all that just do what you feel comfortable doing and we will be along for the ride! Stray Kids are 8 vocalist, 8 rappers and 8 dancers. They are so widely talented they stopped needing to use the labels though there are sub units in Stray Kids which are 3RACHA (writing and production team) - Bang Chan, Changbin and Han DANCERACHA - Lee Know, Hyunjin and Felix VOCALRACHA - Seungmin and I.N

There is a Stray Kids song called Fam that really helped me learn the members names and a bit about them. There are two versions, a Korean version and a Japanese version.. which I like just a bit better as it came out first and I'm more accustomed to it.
