This must be made in INDIA! We don have eyes or minds to realize the potential of small. We only need the big ones! Taiwan 25 years ago was the biggest producer of toys, then gradually becoming the semi conductor capital of the world. We destroyed our handicrafts, artisans, for the sake of becoming Amrikans! Those who make a living with skills and handworks was labeled as low caste and being made look down.

Though they make a lot of toys for kids, we cannot categorize them as kids toys because Channapatna toys have become popular for all age groups. Lot of families who visit the toy shops buy for themselves more than kids. The town has history where they make a lot of toys for the Dusserah festival as well along with exporting to other countries. The last shot of the video has that dancing toy which is popular in Kannada cinema legend Dr Rajkumar's movie and also his son Puneet Rajkumar's movie. Young and adults from Karnataka love that toy.
