Such a shame you say that. I can see you never distilled your plants so you don't know how difficult that is, specially for roses. Ma'am it is expensive because you need tones of roses to get one kg of essential oil, the absolute rose.

Yes, try one of the eucalyptus oils or rosemary as they contain chemicals within the oil that help to release and loosen mucus and so decongest your nasal passage. If you have a particularly nasty sinus infection then cedar wood is my favourite to prescribe for someone. 3 drops on a tissue and inhale as and when you need it. Cedar wood is anti viral and anti fungal too x
