Arteta didnt fix a mistake, he always planned to move onto a 4-3-3 but didnt have the players to play the system. He then signed zinchenko and jesus and moved xhaka into a more attacking role to create his system.

Ive got better results from Havertz by using him as a CAM on T. This allows him to drift into space, not really looking for him to be playmaker but instead work as a catalyst in the box. He wont dribble much and he wont hold the ball for long. What he does do is help move the ball with quick passes or bury the ball into the back of the net. Ive gotten anywhere from 12 to 25 goals from him in this role.

It's not the tactic, it's about the philosophy Juego de Posición ... and Pep also develop it from Johan Cruyff's. Tactic can be changed but philosophy can not. Guardiola tactic is not plug and play, otherwise everyone already copies him.
