I was missing humor in this video, but the final seconds made up for it. =) That was really golden! Despite not using any kind of anti virus software since forever anymore, I am not too concerned about catching bad software. Because I am re-installing my OS every now and then anyway, since the hard drive of a computer collects dirt just as the case does. But what would really be a nightmare for me, if I lost my entire databank to something like this. Granted, I always have at least one full copy on an external drive at all times, but if my data in the computer got killed when that copy is a while old, I could still lose a few bits. I am planning to get into Linux soon and at some point, only letting the Linux computer go online and keep working on my Windows 10 computer indefinately, keeping it offline. This way, may main computer simply cannot be infected by anything, which is especially important once W10 doesn't receive security updates anymore. For just doing your work, you neither need new operating systems all the time, nor do you need new software, that only runs on newer systems. My work is not getting worse, if I stay with the exact same setup. And software companies like Adobe offer very damn little relevant improvements in their software to care about having the newest stuff. Oh and by the way, Microsoft is the god damn devil, so I want to get rid of them, not using anything new, which at some point would force you into all their cloud and AI bullshit. No thanks, I stay fully local with all my important stuff.
