Let's be honest, it was the vinegar that was the issue. I'd smell the bottle next time to make sure you have the right ingredient.

Great concept, Champ! This reinforces the techniques and ingredients you lay out in you cooking videos and measures how well people can follow directions. When I was just starting to cook (well), I would always follow the paradigm before attempting to any modifications. This could be a great series!

Love your videos Champ. Your English is excellent. Lots of practice. My mom was born and raised in Japan. Chiba prefecture. So I understand how difficult it can be. That said I will try to practice on my cooking skills to attain the same results. Keep it up!

Both looked delicious although the one made by an expert is probably best lol. I'm surprised at the result since I've watched the previous attempts of the winner in cooking. This made me hungry.
