Before I bought my Realme X7 Max, I wanted to exchange my old phone(I did not exchange my old phone though). I had actually called the customer care to ask whether the original box of the phone was required or not, they said it was not required. They also told that even if the charger is not there it is fine, they just wanted the phone. So that is the reason why you usually don’t get the original phone box if you buy the renewed one. FYI, I had done my purchase on flipkart.

Suggestion - buy a cheap phone which you can afford but don't go for refurbished products. There's a hell lot of issues with warrenty and don't be so sure of the software. There can be pre-installed bugs by previous owner ( Incase he's a hacker 😂). Try to go for exchange or bank offers and you can get it cheaper that way.

The renewed products sold in India are just plain bad, the value proposition is not good and what you get is repaired product. Normal eyes can't tell the difference, I ordered a phone and it was repaired and not even a good job. Because I could still see the cracks in between.
