Letting go of Ancelotti won't really solve Madrid's current lack of chemistry. I have always said this, this man is a man manager and there is nothing wrong with that but the thing is the game has evolved, when you read tactical documentaries and articles his success has always being at big clubs with big name players. He doesn't have tactics and he recently said it after their struggles was that his team will never have a system and fair enough he has won titles with that but guess what the game has evolved. Tactical youtube channels have said it countless times, he always relies on individual players. But what if that player gets injured or runs out of form. The thing is the team is in shambles defensively and also in the midfield that's why they are getting run through every game. The individual brilliance too isn't really delivering that's why they are struggling like that. Since Carlo took over they've never played 5 games in a row by dominating and making the game their own which is needless when you win but this was always going to catch up to him. Mbappe should not be blamed with this, that guy is a winger not a striker. This is why all of Carlo's stint at small clubs has been horrendous. At the small clubs he doesn't have the individual brilliance and yet he still doesn't give them a structure. That's suicidal. I don't see him changing anything but guess what football has evolved.
