that 404 thing means they deactivated there account before they got bammed so they cant get banned or they did get banned

im wondering if the R6 tracker showing "404 Not Found" is from the cheater deactivating the account. If they deactivate the account, they aren't able to get banned, then they just reactivate the account at a later season/time to repeat the cycle.
