Counter-facts: - In the Bundesliga they only lost one game in the whole first half of the season. 2 draws. - CL - Group one draw, 5 wins, and now they have comfortably beaten Lazio at home After 25 games last season: 52 Points (after last game of Nagelsmann) After 25 games this season: 57 Points If Leverkusen wouldn´t be so powerful, Tuchel would be fine and could work in peace. And Bayerns loss _in_ Leverkusen wouldn´t have been such a shock. This is mostly hype and hysteria and the fact that for the first time for more than a decade someone else is dominating the league.
@FrontPageFootball8 ай бұрын
Couldn’t agree more, mate! In fact, in the beginning, a small part of me thought that they could finish unbeaten. Then there’s Leverkusen 🤷 But at the end of the day, Bayern’s board and pressure is relentless. That 5-1 loss to Frankfurt earlier in the season had already highlighted flaws in their gameplan, but the 3 consecutive losses was what sealed Tuchel’s fate.
@ThisIsWideAngle8 ай бұрын
@@FrontPageFootball They really were shocked by the game in Leverkusen, in which they didn´t have a single goal scoring oportunity and it broke their natural confidence. The hype and hysteria was coming from media and fans and also from the inside. As a Leverkusen-fan i was so frustrated after the first half of the season, with Leverkusen playing a season like never before, but Bayern just keeping track and actually playing their best season since Guardiola has left. I see the fault mainly in the weird way the team is put together and that Tuchel didn´t get the players he wanted. Even though Kane is scoring like nobody else, I think they would have been a better team overall, if they had spend the 110 million euros more effectively. The roster is totally imbalanced. Also very important, don´t know if this is noticed outside of Germany: Sky and Bild are having their personal vendeta against Tuchel. BOY, DO THE KEEP BEATING ON HIM!!! With the high point of shipping a anonymous source telling a Tuchel - quote from inside the changing room which was so obviously fake and harmful. Also, yes Tuchel could do better with media generally.

Tuchel wouldn't be in Peace lol, bayern are loosing to 3rd division, bottom table clubs and not to mention their horrendous gameplay, no style of play
@WITHOUT_HESITATION_SIIIIIIIIR.6 ай бұрын
One of the best squad in the world, bought Kane 1 of the best striker but the team has 0 style of play, no identity. Keeps changing formation shifting positions hoping that it will work. Tactical innovator my ass. Chelshit Ucl win was a fluke with shitloads of luck and antifootball tactics that was already being used before by other managers.

This is what baffles me. When Thomas Tuchel won Champions League once, he was hailed as a tactical genius, but when Zinedine Zidane first won his Champions League medal, they branded him as "lucky", they still branded him as just "a great motivator, but not a great tactician" even after he won 3, in a row. Tuchel won 1, and he was hailed as Pep 2.0, wtf?
@benitkutalu20028 ай бұрын
Yeah, that is weird. I still don't think Zidane is tactically better than Tuchel but the narratives are strange.

@MrWillypanda884 ай бұрын
@@alamazhariamir7646 A Champion is a Champion, Mou won with Porto, playing against AS Monaco, are you saying they are lesser champions compared to City/Madrid? You cannot say a team is bad to somehow justify the manager's supposed "genius". They won the Champions League means other team were lesser than them at that season. Also Zidane won it 3 times, and even on his second stint, managed to salvage a good standing with spectacular number of injuries, more than 60 injuries in a season if I recall it right. Tuchel went from PSG, winning it once with Chelsea, and going inconsistent with Bayern. If anything, instead of a tactical genius, he was rigid, cannot adapt to his teams' need.
@alamazhariamir76464 ай бұрын
@@MrWillypanda88 Your very first main point is "Tuchel won it with Chelsea then considered as genius vs Zidane won it with Madrid then considered lucky". My main disagree with your point is, when you feels odd/weird about most people general view that said zidane won UCL because luck, i'd rather see it as normal/not-fully wrong opinion. I mean you definitely don't think that Zidane's tactical skill contribute more than the fact he win it with fucking madrid with CR7 in his prime and another big number high skill worlwide player right? By stating this, i'm not saying that Zidane wasn't genius/less genius than tuchel. My point is, for me general opinion of zidane's lucky factor was normal/not too suprising/not fully wrong/true. You can assume that he's more genius than tuchel, but you'll hard to deny that his tactical genius aspect wasn't the biggest factor considered he manage fuckin real madrid in CR7 prime and many high skill footballer. Ancelotti won it too with same club (Madrid) mostly same players and the same era, but most people never labelled him as "lucky" like zidane, you know why? Because he's been tested that hr could win UCL in Milan, which unlike madrid, is a club that had lesser high profile skill player. Same cases with tuchel, he won it with chelsea. And the fact that zidane won it more and still considered "lucky" show you that most people tend to always see Madrid's high number skill player as biggest contributing factor to the club's success, whoever the managers are. It's not about was Zidane genius as a tactician or not, it's more about how he can prove himself by managing and win UCL title with a club that hasn't high skill level player like Madrid.
@MrWillypanda884 ай бұрын
@@alamazhariamir7646 Benitez had the same team, did he won 2 UCL in a row? Other legendary teams, Pep's Barcelona with Messi in it, Arrigo Sacchi's Milan with Van Basten and co, did they won even 2 in a row? If you consider Pep treble a proof of his genius, then why do you consider Zidane's 3 in a row luck? Against one of the best of Bayern, City, Liverpool, PSG, Juventus hell even Napoli or Athletico were tough then.

As a Bayern fan, you gotta hate the overdemanding board. They sacked Nagelsmann for a manager who just experienced UCL success, then kept him longer whilst having way worse performances. I guess its karma tho.

I just read the title and say it wrong. The fact that Bayern München is now so bad, they owe it to themselves, that's not Tuchel's fault. Players with too long amounts that cost too much, decision-makers who have made the wrong decisions. The only thing Tuchel did wrong, he was critical and communicated it openly.
