Back when this started, I was an eCola drinker who lived in Vespucci, smugly laughing at the upstart that thought he could make a life in Paleto. I am a changed man. This series has made me see the beauty in a simple town life, as well as the absolute superiority in Sprunk. Well done, Sonny. You did it. @@kjsenn My idea was about having any property yet all of them in ALL parts of the map. That's why I don't hesitate about having 2 garages with only 6 car space near the Fort Zancudo, and one of them is part of the house in Paleto Bay (and the free bunker in Paleto Bay, where I had to pay for upgrades myself). I even have an IAA Facility (aka "The Doomsday Bunker") at the Windmill farms, if you are curious, and I'm planning to move out from there to behind the Gordo Mountain once I finish the Doomsday story line.

I think the reason you didn't make 2 mil from the bunker sale was because the "high demand bonus" (the one you get for selling with other people in the lobby) only counts RIVAL players. So if you sell in a full lobby of 25 players, but 10 of them are in your CEO, you only get the high demand bonus for 15 players.
