Hi Ben, i have a great business idea for you: mega robograve... Start a mega graveyard with an automatic robot mower. The biggest of the USA. So people can rest in peace with nice fresh cut lawn around. At a competitive price.... :) It's a great business because land can be cheap at some locations. And there will be a guaranteed flow of customers for the next thousand years. And not many people like to invest in it so you have great returns on investment. All people like to invest in happiness and sexy people in a pool. It is just not cool to say i invest in graves at a party.. Thats why it makes lot of money.. And if you automate the maintainance and rock the rest of the garden you have a great investment. And if they pay too late, you can just dig the place.. There are no problems with noise and loud people.. No party people who trash the place, or electrical problems.. And no resistance at evictions if they don't pay. Have you ever considered this business?
