7:32 this is exactly what I love about his production, I always listen to billie’s music and EVERY TIME… I kid you not every time I find a new favourite sound in the song, it feels amazing and chilling when the music I listen to everyday still feels new ❤️ also my favourite part of the song is Billie’s ad-libs in the second chorus like those back vocals of her yelling “I don’t know how to feel” gives me chills even tho it’s so subtle. I watched a live version of this song that had the tears flowing down my face. One of my favorite songs of hers. Bellyache was the first song that I heard around the time she first came out and I was immediately in love. Nobody really knew who she was yet. I remember being completely shocked that she wasn’t more popular, and then she blew UP. It was bittersweet because she was our little secret for the fans that did love her. We wanted to keep her to ourselves. 🥹 To watch her grow, evolve, her sound change several times…it’s been amazing. This young woman is one of the most talented artists that we are going to see in our time, and this family is so beautifully talented. I love what these two have created together.

MASTERPIECE! I confess I don't know Billie's music AT ALL. When I watched the Barbie movie and this song came on I was immediately like WHO IS THIS? Then forgot about the song. Today, during a difficult time, the song came on the radio AND I sat in my car... feeling every word and every wave and every second of this song in it's entirety!! Watching this video and all the layers and hidden elements... I am in love with the song. It sounds so simple. So natural. It touches your soul. The arrangements are beautiful. When you put two idividually-talented people together who have their level of symmetry, they make each other better.
